Does Twitter Have an Ignore button or way to deal w/ spam

How does Twitter let its users handle spam/irrelevant marketing type posts crammed with hashtags and keywords of everything under the sun?

Does it have an active team or do they offer an "ignore user" button or "Mark Spam" button?
I am very curious to know!! thanks!!

I got really annoyed trying to find tweets about $BMY all filled with junk.
